Focused Action Training is a proprietary 'educational' process, developed and solely owned by American Network Services, Inc. and offered only by certified Focused Action Coaches, certified only by American Network Services, Inc.

Focused Action Training can stand alone, or can serve as a supplement to any form of therapy, counseling or self-help service.

Focused Action Training includes the self-assessment tool, the Personal Change Indicator (PCI) with the resulting "This is Me" online report, the validity of which is solely determined by the forthrightness of the person completing the PCI.

The PCI was developed by Clinical Psychologist, Ray Mulry, Ph.D., who taught psychological assessment within the graduate training programs in Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and Indiana University at Bloomington, Indiana. The PCI is also proprietary and solely owned by American Network Services, Inc.
